She's currently working on Pink Panther 2 with Steve Martin & Andy Garcia!
Ash is in Paris, shooting scenes for the funny movie, which is set for a February 2009 release.
Ash plays one of the detectives alongside Alfred Molina. The pair joins forces with French police detective Jacques Clouseau ...

played by none other than funny guy Steve Martin, to catch the thief who has been stealing artifacts around the world.
Ash wasn't alone on the set of the movie yesterday, she was joined by her hubby Abhishek Bachchan ... they hung out together during breaks.

Billa (2007) Tamil Movie : Preview

Billa, a forthcoming Tamil language film directed by Vishnuvardhan, is a remake of the blockbuster 1981 film, Billa. The film is set to be released in India on November 9, 2007 and is set to be simultaneously released internationally.

The film stars Ajith Kumar, Nayanthara, Prabhu Ganesan, Namitha and Rose Dawn in a guest appearance. 80% of the movie was shot in Malaysia, and was filmed around the tropical Langkawi island as well as the towering Petronas Twin Towers and the Jalan Masjid India area, which is the 'little India' of Kuala Lumpur.

Shobana's Bharatnatyam

Malayalam Actress and Dancer Shobana's Performance at Asianet Film award night 2005!

Shobana Chandrakumar Pillai (born March 21, 1966) is an exponent of the Bharatanatyam dance and a leading actress of South Indian motion pictures. She was born into a Malayalam speaking family from Kerala, India. Shobana is the niece of the Travancore sisters Lalitha, Padmini and Ragini, all of whom, who were renowned for their skill in classical Indian dance. She has acted in over 150 movies in 5 language.

Shobana acted for the first time in a leading role in the Malayalam motion picture "April 18" in 1984, directed by Balachandra Menon. She also acted alongside the Malayalam actor Mammootty in the film Kanamarayathu (1984). Shobana won her first National Award from the government of India, for best performance as an actress in 1994. She was awarded for her stunning performance in Fazil's movie Manichitrathazhu, starring Mohanlal and Suresh Gopi. She bagged a second National award for best actress in the year 2002 for her role in an English language film Mitr: My Friend, directed by Revathi.

Shobhana is an equally accomplished dancer of Bharatanatyam. She did her dance training at the Chidambaram academy in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Her gurus included legendary Bharatanatyam dancers Chitra Visweswaran and Padma Subramaniam. Shobhana is famed for her Abhinaya, a pivotal element in Bharatanatyam. She performed in Kuala Lumpur before the King and Queen of Malaysia. Shobhana's skilled execution of dance movements and her extraordinary beauty has led many people to consider her as the most beautiful South Indian actress from the 1980s through the 1990s. She is often equaled to the curvaceous beauty of Indian sculptures. Shobhana has founded a school for classical Bharatanatyam dance in Chennai. She was also a part of Mani Ratnam's stage show, Netru, Indru, Naalai.

In 2006 January, the Indian government honored Shobana with Padma Shri title for her significant contributions to cinema and Bharatanatyam.

Gorgeous Shreya Saran

Shreya Saran (Tamil: ஷ்ரேயா சரன்; Telugu: శ్రియ సరం) (born on September 11, 1982) is an Indian film actress. She began her career acting in Telugu language films in the Telugu cinema industry, while also attending an acting studio, to follow her dream to act. After her debut in 2001 with Ishtam, she gained Indian cinema's attention in 2002 by playing the role of Bhanu in Santhosham, her first major hit. She reached superstardom by enacting the role of Anjali in the Telugu language film, Nuvve Nuvve, her first blockbuster, and since then she has acted in over twenty Indian films. She has recently switched her main intention of Indian regional films from Telugu to Tamil language ventures. Her most prestigious projects to date are Chiranjeevi's Tagore and Rajinikanth's Sivaji: The Boss which happens to be the largest and the most expensive movie made in India till date.

She however, like many other actresses has had a rich upbringing into the industry, with her father, Pushpendra Saran being a senior executive in BHEL, while her mother, Neeraja Saran, taught chemistry at Delhi Public School, Haridwar and later Mathura Road, Delhi. Bhool Bhulaiya!

Bhool Bhulaiyaa is the Hindi language remake of the critically acclaimed 1993 Malayalam blockbuster, Manichitrathazhu (translation - The Ornate Lock) which was also remade in Kannada (Aaptamitra) starring Vishnuvardhan in 2004, and in Tamil and Telugu (Chandramukhi) starring Rajnikanth in 2005. The film will feature Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Amisha Patel and Shiny Ahuja in pivotal roles with Paresh Rawal and Rajpal Yadav in supporting roles. Pritam will score the music whilst S. Theeru and N. Gopalakrishnan handle the cinematography and editing of the film, respectively.

Vidya Balan will will be the female protagonist of the movie. In the Malayalam original, Shobhana enacted the role and it was a National Award winning performance for the Best Actress.

The film began shooting on February 18, 2007 for a 41 day schedule at Jaipur, India with a release date on October 12, 2007.
